Warhammer 40,000 sits atop the throne of grimdark sci-fi fantasy, and with good (or in humanity's case, really bad) reason. Games Workshop has then expanded that galaxy over the decades, solidifying its vice grip on the fandom. Still, plenty of upstarts are looking to ruin the lives of their very own galaxies. TALON TOWERS is a Fumito Ueda-coded parkour platformer about hopping around massive structures while avoiding falling to your foggy doom
If your game immediately makes me think of any of Fumito Ueda's in any sort of way, the likelihood is that I am to play it. There are only so many Ueda games (three, by my count) and there will only be so many (hopefully more that upcoming fourth one isn't the last), so when something rocks up that fits into that vibe like TALON TOWERS, a parkour platformer set on dilapidated structures that stand high above an infinitely stretching fog, I'm going to be pulled in. New Open-World Co-Op RPG on Steam Releases to 80% Very Positive Reviews
An eight-player open-world action RPG with Souls-lite combat called Dimraeth entered Steam early access on September 15 and has since earned a solid 80% positive rating from more than 2,000 players. It also reached an impressive concurrent player count of around 11,000 at one point. Dimraeth has attracted both Soulslike and cozy base-building fans on Steam by combining elements of the two subgenres.
